We are one of the leading 4-star superior hotels in Bad Hofgastein. We have received many awards such as 2 golden forks in Falstaff and top rankings on various rating platforms. With the Best of the Best award from Tripadvisor, we have been voted among the most popular 1% of hotels worldwide.
An above-average occupancy rate has meant that we can make new innovations every year and always "keep up with the times".
We are a team of people with HEART and most of our employees have been with us for over 5 years. We see ourselves as a team, or rather as the Bismarck family, and have a young team, e.g. the average age of our service team is 25.
We offer above-average pay (depending on qualifications, of course), free meals, lodging in our staff house (a 5-minute walk from the hotel) and fixed days off! Under the name Hotel Bismarck we run three houses, which are all connected to each other and form a harmonious unit - the Stammhaus, the Schlössl and the Fürstenhaus. A total of 75 rooms and 132 beds, in winter approx. 170 guests. Our 4 thermal pools are unique in the Gastein Valley. We offer seasonal positions as well as annual positions (preferably). All working time models are possible - we also have some part-time employees!
