The first point of contact for technical issues
Our facility managers/caretakers report to the Hotel Bismarck reception department. They are the first point of contact for solving technical issues, and the contact person for guest arrivals.
We expect:
- Completed vocational training in a skilled manual job or good workmanship skills
- Several years of work experience in similar positions
- Leadership qualities and organisational skills
- Willingness to take on further training
- High sense of responsibility for guests
- Communication skills and empathy when dealing with guests
- Dedication to and excitement about your work
- Fluent German, English and other language skills advantageous
