The first point of contact for technical issues

Our janitors are the first point of contact for technical problem solving and on arrival. They are part of the first impression - which, as we all know, cannot be repeated. The department reports to reception and the tasks are very varied, because believe us: in a hotel of this size, there is always a problem to solve!

We expect:

  • Completed vocational training in a skilled manual job or good workmanship skills
  • Several years of work experience in similar positions
  • Leadership qualities and organisational skills
  • Willingness to take on further training
  • High sense of responsibility for guests
  • Communication skills and empathy when dealing with guests
  • Dedication to and excitement about your work
  • Fluent German, good English and other language skills advantageous
