The first point of contact for technical issues

Our facility managers/caretakers report to the Hotel Bismarck reception department. They are the first point of contact for solving technical issues, and the contact person for guest arrivals.

We expect:

  • Completed vocational training in a skilled manual job or good workmanship skills
  • Several years of work experience in similar positions
  • Leadership qualities and organisational skills
  • Willingness to take on further training
  • High sense of responsibility for guests
  • Communication skills and empathy when dealing with guests
  • Dedication to and excitement about your work
  • Fluent German, English and other language skills advantageous
