Cancellation Conditions


29 May until 15 November 2026
11st until 20th December 2026
06th until 29th January 2027
20th February until 04th April 2027

  • No cancellation fee up to 14 days before arrival.
  • From 13 days to 8 days before the arrival date 70 % cancellation fee of the half board price
  • From 7 days before the arrival time or during the stay 90% cancellation fee of the half board price will be charged.

The following periods are exceptions and the following cancellation conditions apply:

20th December 2026 to 06th January 2027 (Christmas/New Year's Eve/New Year)
30th January 2027 to 04th April 2027 

  • No cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival.
  • From 29 days to 8 days before the arrival date 70 % cancellation fee of the half board price.
  • From 7 days before the arrival date or during the stay 90% cancellation fee of the half board price will be charged.

With a booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of 30%.

Travel insurance

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. You can purchase this insurance when you make your hotel booking. Find more information on the Europäische Reiseversicherung website.

To be able to truly enjoy your family holiday, ski deal or spa holiday to its fullest, you have to be well prepared! We have put together some important information you’ll need before you arrive at the Hotel Bismarck.


Payment

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and debit/ATM cards (Maestro).

To hold your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booked holiday total price.

Others

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m.(at latest 3.00 p.m.) on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11.00 a.m.

Local and mobility tax

A local and mobility tax in the amount of € 2.90 per person per night is charged separately. Children under the age of 15 are exempt.

Parking

Guests can park outdoors for free at the Hotel Bismarck. A parking spot in our underground garage is € 6,50 per day in summer and € 11 per day in winter.
Since December 2021, 2 new charging stations for electric cars (chargeable) await you in front of the Schlössl. Type 2 with 22 KW.

Pets

Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you at the Hotel Bismarck - in your room and also at the bar. Please note, however, they are not allowed in our wellness and spa area or the restaurant. We charge € 19 per day for dogs, without food.

Healing gallery shuttle

  • the hotel shuttle to the healing gallery is € 19 per person (April-November) or Euro 29,- (January-March) - valid for 10:00 am and 12:00 pm departures.
