Our ambitious head chef Mr Wigele has headed our kitchen team for 18 years and creates top-class, interesting menus to suit even the most discerning connoisseur’s palate. Guests love his fresh gourmet healthy cuisine, which creatively combines international and local influences that never conforms to traditional half-board, but is on a par with the quality of the best gourmet restaurants. At the same time, it proves to even the most discerning palate that healthy food and supreme enjoyment are not mutually exclusive.
