The reception is
the heart of a hotel

Our reception team has been under the direction of Bianca Hofstätter (Assistant to the Management) for the past nine years. The reception is truly the heart of a hotel – this is where everything comes together. From enquiries, quotes and reservations to guest questions and requests – our team is friendly and skilled in their work. The reception is a guest’s first impression of the hotel both on the phone, as well as when they arrive, and reflects the Hotel Bismarcks philosophy of pampering guests. In keeping with the hotel motto, “more friendliness” is a must in this department. Two employees at the front desk and two employees in the back office form the dedicated reception team.

We expect:

  • Completed vocation training in upmarket gastronomy / hotel industry
  • Several years of work experience in a similar position
  • Willingness to take on further training
  • High sense of responsibility for guests
  • Communication skills and empathy when dealing with guests
  • Dedication to and excitement about your work
  • Fluent German, English and Italian skills advantageous
