Pizzera & Jaus, one of Austria’s most successful musical duos, are returning to Bad Hofgastein: they thrilled the audience at their sold-out summer open-air concert in the Alpenarena in August 2025. Now they are heading back to the region once again – this time sharing the stage with folkshilfe. Together, the two groups bring Austrian dialect music to the stage, combining humour, depth and tremendous live energy. The distinctive songs of Pizzera & Jaus meet the characteristic sound of folkshilfe, featuring Styrian harmonica, guitar, drums and modern synthesiser sounds.
KARL will provide the musical opening on Friday as part of the supporting programme. The young Viennese artist blends modern Austropop with indie guitar and brings a new generation of Viennese stories to the stage with Viennese wit, melancholy and euphoria.
On Saturday, Paul Kalkbrenner is bringing international techno to Bad Hofgastein. The Berlin-based musician and producer has been one of the leading figures in electronic music for years and is at home performing his live sets at festivals and in arenas around the globe. With tracks such as ‘Sky and Sand’, ‘Feed Your Head’ and ‘No Goodbye’, he has made his unmistakable sound famous far beyond the techno scene and built up a large international fan base.
