We have put together a brief summary of things you should know about your stay at the superior luxury Hotel Bismarck.
Check-In & Check-Out
On the day of your arrival the rooms will available between 2pm and 3pm. On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11am.
Cancellation and Travel Insurance
Up until 2 months before the date of your arrival there is no cancellation fee. From 2 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the entire holiday price will be deducted. From 1 month to 1 week before your arrival 70% will be deducted. In the week leading up to your arrival 90% of the total price will be deducted.
We recommend that you take out trip cancellation & interruption insurance. You may also secure insurance at the time of your booking. Detailed information can be found here: Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance).
We accept cash as well as credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and debit cards (Maestro).
Bank Information & Deposit
To confirm a booking and finalise a reservation, we require a deposit of 3 nights per person.

Visitor’s tax of €2,20 per person, per night will be charged. Children under 15 years are exempt.
Our guests are entitled to free parking in the hotel’s outdoor car park when available. For use of the underground car park, we charge €4.50 per day in the summer and €7,- per day in the winter.
Your four-legged friend is welcome here at Bismarck. However, please understand that pets are now allowed in the spa area or in the dining areas. We charge € 10,-- (from April 2017 € 12,-) per day (bigger dogs € 17,-- , without food. For longer stays the pet fee is a maximum of € 120,--. (bigger dogs € 170,-)
